AREA OF PRODUCTION: The vineyards of the Castelvecchio estate, on the hills of Terricciola in the province of Pisa

VINEYARDS: Vine density of 2207 vines per acre (5434 vines/hectare), cultivated using the Guyot method

GRAPEVINES: Trebbiano Toscano, Malvasia and Colombana

GRAPE HARVEST: All grapes are hand-picked and placed in small crates in which they are taken to the winery where they are promptly de-stemmed. The Trebbiano is harvested at the end of September, the Colombana in mid-October.

VINTAGE METHOD: 12 hour maceration, during which time the juice remains on the skin, pressing, and static cold purification of the must.

Fermentation is initiated by the addition of selected yeasts and carried out in temperature controlled stainless steel vats.


PRODUCTION QUANTITY: 2000 bottles of 0,75cl
